Some are autonomous, others exist within a framework of a nonprofit group, while others may be part of professional clubs or other organizations. YAAPN motivates and empowers Asian American professionals to make a positive difference within our global society. Our dedicated members work together to develop and enhance Asian American leadership in our Central Ohio community through professional development, community service and cultural awareness. Through our programming, YAAPN strives to strike a balance between social events that bring the community together, networking events meant to foster interaction, panel discussions that challenge and educate, and career development workshops to provide the skills to overcome the challenges facing professional today.
